Your Role

As a Support Worker / Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals while promoting independence, wellbeing, and dignity.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting service users with daily living activities
• Providing emotional and behavioural support
• Encouraging independence and life skills
• Supporting young people within residential settings
• Working as part of a professional care team
• Maintaining a safe, supportive environment for service users
