Care Assistant / Support Worker – Domiciliary care

Location: Maidstone, Malling & Snodland
Salary: £13.00 per hour (Mon–Fri) / £13.20 per hour (weekends) + 40p per mile

Hours: Zero-hour contract
Shifts: Mornings, evenings and weekends

Shift Times:
07:00–14:00 / 16:00–22:00

About the Role:

We are looking for Care Assistants / Support Workers to join a domiciliary care company covering Maidstone, Malling and Snodland, supporting adults in their own homes.

You will be supporting mainly elderly individuals, including those living with dementia, as well as individuals requiring complex care such as PEG and catheter care.

Requirements:

· A positive, caring, and compassionate approach

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Flexible and reliable approach to shifts

· Driving is preferred

· No experience required – full training provided

· Eligibility to live and work in the UK
