Care Assistant / Support Worker – Domiciliary care

Location: Medway (Chatham, Gillingham, Rochester)
Salary: £13.00 per hour (Mon–Fri) / £13.20 per hour (weekends) + 40p per mile

Hours: Zero-hour contract
Shifts: PM shifts and weekends

Shift Times:
07:00–14:00 / 16:00–22:00

We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates.

About the Role:

We are looking for Care Assistants to support individuals within their own homes across the Medway area.

You will be supporting mainly elderly individuals, including those living with dementia, as well as individuals requiring complex care such as PEG and catheter care.

Requirements:

· A positive, caring, and compassionate approach
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Flexible and reliable approach to shifts
· Driving is preferred
· No experience required – full training provided
· Eligibility to live and work in the UK
