About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN School in Southampton, supporting children and young people with additional educational needs.
This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Eastleigh, Totton, Romsey, Hedge End, Fareham, Winchester, Chandlers Ford and surrounding areas.
As an experienced Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils’ educational, emotional and social development, helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment where every child can achieve their full potential.
You will play a key role in promoting high standards of learning, behaviour, safeguarding and wellbeing while working collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team to deliver high-quality support in line with the school’s values and policies.
