An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join a thriving Mathematics Department within a specialist SEN education setting.

You will work with learners from Year 7 to Year 11, delivering engaging, accessible lessons that build confidence, resilience, and a genuine belief in their ability to succeed in maths.

You will be part of a supportive, collaborative team that is committed to making a real difference for every learner, regardless of their starting point.

What you’ll be doing

• Planning and delivering engaging, accessible Maths lessons aligned to the national curriculum
• Supporting learners with a range of SEN and additional needs
• Differentiating learning to ensure all students can access and succeed in Maths
• Creating a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to improve outcomes and share best practice
• Maintaining high expectations for all learners

What we’re looking for

• Ability to make Maths engaging, accessible, and relevant
• Experience or strong interest in supporting SEN learners
• A collaborative, team-focused approach
• Commitment to high standards for both teaching and learning
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
