Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN)

Location: Bedford

Salary: £19.19 per hour

Hours: Full-Time permanent positions available

Shifts: Days, nights and weekends on rotation

Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) or Registered General Nurse ( RGN )

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) to join a care home environment supporting elderly residents with complex health needs.

As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high quality, person-centred nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care plans for residents. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring residents and their families receive professional and supportive clinical services.

You will also support and guide care staff and nursing assistants while working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.

Requirements:

• A positive, caring and compassionate approach to delivering high quality care
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A high level of self motivation with a flexible and proactive working style
• A relevant Registered Nurse qualification (RGN / RMN)
• A current and unrestricted NMC registration
• A minimum of 1–2 years post-qualification nursing experience
• Experience working with elderly residents and end of life care
• Knowledge of safeguarding, infection control and CQC standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without s p o n s o r s h i p
