Night Manager (RMN) – CAMHS / Young People’s Mental Health
Location: Accrington
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time permanent position
Shifts: Nights only
Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Shift Times: 19:55 – 08:05
Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have a minimum of 2 year’s experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN )
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) to join a specialist CAMHS inpatient service in the Accrington area as a Night Manager, supporting young people with complex mental health needs.
As an experienced Night Manager (RMN), you will take clinical and operational responsibility for the service during night shifts, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and leadership are consistently maintained.
You will play a key role in leading and coordinating the night team, supporting staff, and delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care, while working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for young people.

- A relevant Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) qualification
- A current and unrestricted NMC registration
- A minimum of 2 year’s post-qualification experience as an RMN
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without s p o n s o r s h i p
- Previous experience within CAMHS or acute mental health settings
