About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Female Support Workers to join our team, supporting individuals with complex care needs.
This role requires a strong clinical skillset alongside a person-centred approach. You will be supporting individuals in their own homes or supported living environments, ensuring their health, safety, and overall wellbeing at all times.
This is not just a support role, it requires confidence, competence, and professionalism in delivering clinical interventions as part of daily care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support
* Deliver clinical interventions safely and effectively
* Support with PEG feeding and nutritional needs
* Assist with manual handling tasks, including use of hoists
* Support with repositioning and pressure care (turning in bed)
* Monitor and report any changes in health or behaviour
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Promote dignity, independence, and choice at all times
* Deliver clinical interventions safely and effectively

Essential Requirements (Must Have):
* Proven experience in PEG feeding
* Competent in manual handling, including hoist use
* Experience with repositioning and pressure care (turning in bed)
* Previous experience supporting individuals with complex or clinical needs
* Up-to-date training in clinical competencies and medication administration
* Experience within supported living and/or domiciliary care settings
* Ability to follow care plans and risk assessments accurately
* Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills
* Ability to remain calm, professional, and responsive in all situations
